We provide customized products based on client-approved drawings, samples, or specifications. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm all design details before production begins.
3. Inquiries & Quotations
Product inquiries and quotations are non-binding and subject to change based on final specifications, material availability, and market conditions. Quotations are valid for the period stated therein, typically 30 days from issue.
4. Orders & Contracts
A confirmed purchase order, along with our written acceptance, constitutes a binding contract. Custom orders may require a deposit or full payment before production begins. Changes to orders after confirmation may result in additional charges and schedule adjustments.
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
Prices are quoted in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, insurance, and import duties unless otherwise stated. Payment terms (e.g., T/T, L/C) are as agreed in the contract. Late payments may incur interest or result in order suspension.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs, timelines, and risk of loss are determined by the chosen Incoterm (e.g., FOB, CIF) as agreed upon. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the customized nature of our products, returns or cancellations are generally not accepted once production has commenced. Defective or non-conforming products will be addressed per our warranty policy. Sample orders may be eligible for return under specific conditions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, designs, images, and text, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
